Hi, I’m Anita!
I started baking sourdough as a hobby, and it quickly became something I look forward to every single day. After finishing my 9–5 job as a receptionist, I usually head straight home and get started on baking. It’s the thing that helps me unwind and gets me excited at the end of the day.
What I love most about sourdough is how simple it is. You only need flour, water, and salt to make a classic loaf of sourdough. It takes time, patience, and practice, but that’s what makes it so special.
My favorite loaves I make are the classic, croissant (toasted with Nutella is to die for!), and lemon blueberry! If you have a custom request reach out to me for a quote, half of my flavor combinations were requests from coworkers and family. Not every combination has been a keeper but that has not stopped me yet from getting creative with my mixins.
Lately, I’ve started sharing my bread a little more by selling loaves to coworkers and friends around West Chester, Ohio. If you are interested in buying some you can order on my website.
